To summarize the story we arrive at the park on 8th of august after we hired a van and drove all the way from norwich.After we arrived and went to the reception we discover to our horror that we had booked the holiday for 8th of june instead of august...we were 2 MONTHS late! We went to the booking office and told them about our situation.At the start they couldn't find us any caravan for 8 people,only 2 seperate ones which would cost us roughly £700, after taking away what we had previously paid.But then the man kindly searched for a while and found us a caravan for 8 people for £470.This way we didn't lose what we had paid previously and the caravan was actually very nice.Honestly if it weren't for that very kind man,who was very genourous towards us, we would've had to drive all the way back, with no holiday whatsoever and a couple of hundreds short.So i can promise you this place is filled with the most amazing people and the park itself is very nice aswell. We were placed in a van right opposite the clubhouse and bar, not ideal with a 1 year old you would think, however it was quiet in the van overnight and we couldn’t hear the music from the clubhouse. Nicely maintained in a 3 star sort of way.What makes this a 4 star site (with 3 star prices) is the staff. Sunnyvale Holiday Park is rated "Good" by our guests. No pets. We spent hours in it in the morning (my girls get up very early) and when we got back in after days out.The bungalow itself was fine - nothing fancy, but we didn't expect more. Very fair prices.There is an indoor swimming pool but we didn't use it.Location is excellent - mile or so from Saundersfoot and about 3 from Tenby.
